As most of us have become aware - there is a plethora of misinformation about the coronavirus on the web and social media. Now because of this and to stop the spread of false information, Wikipedia and the World Health Organisation - 🤍 - have announced a collaboration to stem the tide of misinformation. The WHO will grant the free online encyclopedia, Wikipedia free use of its published information, graphics and videos. This allows the information to be reposted widely in almost 200 languages. Không quân Ukraine tiến hành 6 cuộc tấn công vào các căn cứ tạm thời của Nga, trong khi lực lượng pháp binh Ukraine tấn công 2 căn cứ và một cứ điểm phòng không Nga, theo trang Kyiv Independent. Cùng ngày, hãng Sputnik đưa tin 2 nhóm "phá hoại và do thám" của Ukraine đã bị phía Nga triệt phá tại hướng Kupiansk và việc luân chuyển quân của Ukraine bị ngăn chặn. "Theo hướng Kypiansk, gần các làng Rozovka và Novoselovskoye, các biện pháp do thám giúp định vị và hỏa lực pháo binh tấn công 2 nhóm phá hoại và do thám của đối phương", theo phát ngôn viên Evgeni Polovodov của Bộ Quốc phòng Nga. Ngoài ra, phía Ukraine còn tổn thất 2 xe chiến đấu bộ binh ở rìa phía đông làng Stelmakhovka. Tại tỉnh Kharkiv, các đơn vị quân đội Nga đã đẩy lùi nỗ lực tấn công của phía Ukraine gần các làng Masyutivka và Hryanykivka. Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet). Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. Can someone spread the virus without being sick? People are thought to be most contagious when they are most symptomatic (the sickest). Some spread might be possible before people show symptoms; there have been reports of this occurring with this new coronavirus, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads. Spread from contact with contaminated surfaces or objects It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads. How easily the virus spreads How easily a virus spreads from person-to-person can vary. Some viruses are highly contagious (spread easily), like measles, while other viruses do not spread as easily. Another factor is whether the spread is sustained, spreading continually without stopping. Respirators Should I wear a respirator in public? CDC does not recommend the routine use of respirators outside of workplace settings (in the community). Most often, spread of respiratory viruses from person-to-person happens among close contacts (within 6 feet). CDC recommends everyday preventive actions to prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, such as avoiding people who are sick, avoiding touching your eyes or nose, and covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue. People who are sick should stay home and not go into crowded public places or visit people in hospitals. Workers who are sick should follow CDC guidelines and stay home when they are sick. What is a respirator? A respirator is a personal protective device that is worn on the face or head and covers at least the nose and mouth. A respirator is used to reduce the wearer’s risk of inhaling hazardous airborne particles (including infectious agents), gases or vapors. Respirators, including those intended for use in healthcare settings, are certified by the CDC/NIOSH. What is an N95 filtering facepiece respirator (FFR)? An N95 FFR is a type of respirator which removes particles from the air that are breathed through it. These respirators filter out at least 95% of very small (0.3 micron) particles. N95 FFRs are capable of filtering out all types of particles, including bacteria and viruses. Checklist to Get Ready - As a family, you can plan and make decisions now that will protect you and your family during a COVID-19 outbreak. Stay informed and in touch Get up-to-date information about local COVID-19 activity from public health officials Ask your neighbors what their plan includes. Create a list of local organizations you and your household can contact in case you need access to information, healthcare services, support, and resources. Create an emergency contact list including family, friends, neighbors, carpool drivers, healthcare providers, teachers, employers, the local public health department, and other community resources. Prepare for possible illness Consider members of the household that may be at greater risk such as older adults and people with severe chronic illnesses. Choose a room in your house that can be used to separate sick household members from others. Take everyday preventive steps Wash your hands frequently Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Stay home when you are sick. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. Chuyên trang quân sự Avia Pro ngày 18/3 đăng tải đoạn video được mô tả ghi lại cảnh UAV tự sát Lancet của Nga phá hủy một hệ thống hỏa lực phóng loạt của đối thủ tại Avdiivka, Donbass. Hệ thống hỏa lực phóng loạt này có nhiệm vụ quan trọng trong phòng tuyến bảo vệ của Ukraine tại khu vực, nhằm ngăn đà tiến của lực lượng Nga. Đoạn video cho thấy, Lancet bay lởn vởn phía trên. Sau khi xác định chính xác mục tiêu, UAV này lao nhanh xuống, gây ra một vụ nổ dữ dội khiến hỏa thống hỏa lực của đối thủ bị phá hủy. Theo giới quan sát, Ukraine dựng một phòng tuyến không quá kiên cố ở ngoại ô Avdiivka. Vì vậy, việc một tổ hợp hỏa lực phóng loạt bị phá hủy cũng có nguy cơ làm lung lay lớp bảo vệ của Kiev quanh điểm nóng này. Hiện thời, Ukraine vẫn đang kiểm soát hoàn toàn Avdiivka, nhưng theo thông tin từ hiện trường, Nga đang triển khai hỏa lực, đưa các con đường dẫn tới khu vực này vào tầm ngắm. Trong những tuần gần đây, khi các lực lượng Ukraine gần như bị bao vây trong một thế trận khó khăn, thiếu đạn pháo và đối mặt với thương vong ngày càng tăng, đã có nhiều suy đoán cả ở Ukraine và nước ngoài rằng đã đến lúc họ nên rút lui về một tuyến phòng thủ khác - một sự rút lui sẽ không đồng nghĩa với một thất bại quân sự lớn, cho dù Nga sẽ tuyên bố một chiến thắng mang tính biểu tượng. Tuy nhiên, trong một bài phát biểu vào tối 16/3 (theo giờ địa phương), Tổng thống Zelensky giải thích rằng ông vẫn ủng hộ việc trấn giữ Bakhmut. “Toàn bộ bộ tổng tham mưu đã có một quan điểm rõ ràng: Củng cố khu vực này và gây thiệt hại tối đa có thể cho kẻ thù”, ông Zelensky nói trong một bài phát biểu qua video sau cuộc gặp với Tổng tư lệnh các Lực lượng vũ trang Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyy và các tướng lĩnh cấp cao khác để thảo luận về trận chiến. Và điều đó đang khiến các đồng minh của Ukraine lo lắng, thậm chí bị một số nhà phân tích quân sự phương Tây chỉ trích. “Tất cả các thành viên bày tỏ lập trường chung về việc tiếp tục nắm giữ và bảo vệ thành phố", ông Zelensky nói. Điều đó tức là quân đội hai nước đang ngày càng phụ thuộc vào các binh lính mới với ít kỹ năng hơn. Một chỉ huy quân đội Ukraine ở mặt trận Bakhmut thừa nhận: “Năm ngoái khi chúng tôi tiếp nhận các binh lính mới được tăng cường, chúng tôi không cần chỉ dẫn họ phải làm gì. Họ biết cách điều khiển xe chở quân nhân, sử dụng súng và dùng lựu đạn cầm tay. Nhưng hiện nay, chúng tôi đang cạn kiệt những người có kinh nghiệm. Tất cả những binh lính mới được huy động đều cần học hỏi mọi thứ”. Nhằm duy trì sự ổn định trên tiền tuyến, Nga cũng huy động khoảng 300.000 binh lính vào mùa thu năm ngoái, trong khi công ty quân sự tư nhân Wagner – lực lượng giao tranh chủ yếu ở Bakhmut đã tuyển thêm 50.000 quân. Các chỉ huy Ukraine dự đoán các cuộc tấn công mới của Nga sẽ được tiến hành trong những tuần tới. “Nga đã huy động được số lượng lớn binh lính nhưng họ vẫn đang chờ đợi. Chừng nào Ukraine còn phản kháng ở Bakhmut thì chừng đó họ sẽ không tập trung nhiều vào Lyman. Nhưng khi Bakhmut sụp đổ, họ chắc chắn sẽ tập trung vào nơi này”, phó chỉ huy một tiểu đoàn chiến đấu gần Lyman – thị trấn Kiev tuyến bố giành lại vào tháng 10 năm ngoái, cho hay. Thách thức ở Bakhmut đang gia tăng sức ép lên Ukraine trong nỗ lực sớm giành lại các vùng lãnh thổ Nga kiểm soát. Doch wer schreibt eigentlich in der Wikipedia? Hat Wikipedia ein Problem mit Sexismus? Ein Blick hinter die Kulissen zeigt, dass die meisten Autor*innen männlich und Frauen auch in den Artikeln unterrepräsentiert sind. Insgesamt wird die deutschsprachige Wikipedia von etwa 3,6 Millionen Personen genutzt, die theoretisch mitdiskutieren können. Davon sind aber nur knapp 19.000 aktiv, haben also in den vergangenen 30 Tagen Artikel bearbeitet. Diese 19.000 Menschen bestimmen, was Millionen Menschen im deutschsprachigen Raum Tag für Tag lesen. Die Wikipedia auf Deutsch hat im Monat nämlich knapp eine Milliarde Aufrufe und ist eine der beliebtesten Websites in Deutschland, gleich nach eBay, Amazon, Google und YouTube. Doch nur wenige Frauen schreiben aktiv mit. Sue Gardner, die ehemalige Geschäftsführerin der Wikimedia Foundation, nennt unter anderem mangelnde Nutzungsfreundlichkeit, fehlende Freizeit oder eine frauenfeindliche Atmosphäre als Gründe. Wie oldschool die Wikipedia-Community zum Teil ist, zeigt sich auch an einer anderen Stelle: Auf Wikipedia wird das generische Maskulinum verwendet. Wikipedia selbst weiß, dass es auf der Plattform nicht immer divers und gerecht zugeht. Deshalb gibt es zum Beispiel Veranstaltungen wie den Diversithon und ‘WomenEdit’.” Wikipedia ist praktisch und viele Artikel sind sehr gut und fundiert recherchiert. Man muss sich bei der Benutzung aber im Klaren sein, dass hier viele Leute ihren Senf dazugeben – und dass der Anspruch auf Neutralität nicht immer bedeutet, dass ein Thema ganz unvoreingenommen und neutral beschrieben ist.
